THE POSITION

The
Program Manager - MicroElectronics will support the management and contractual day to day activities of the program under the supervision of a Sr. Program manager or Program Director. The Program Manager scope includes program execution, meeting AOP commits, planning, tracking, and managing contractual correspondence, baseline change management, documentation, proposal approvals, negotiations, and other ad hoc.

The Program Manager has primary responsibility for change management and proposal submission to include fee analysis, and self-assessment of incentive/award fee bearing contracts. As a liaison with Honeywell finance, the Sr Program manager will be responsible for contract deliverable reports provided to the customer as it relates funding requirements and estimates to complete. This customer facing leader will need to act with limited oversight representing Honeywell through front end contract award as well as throughout program execution. The role’s intent is to focus on microelectronics programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Program Execution
• Meeting AOP Commits (Revenue & Margin) goals
• Management of SDRLS/CDRLS and submission
• Shipment of Hardware
• Contractual briefs
• Programmatic review support
• Coordinating approvals for key acquisition or change efforts
• Negotiation support, Fee assertion
• Intra company work efforts
• Customer monthly funds status reporting
• Internal EAC support
• Risk and opportunity management
• EAC / EVMS variance analysis and if required get to green initiatives.
• Coordination with HON Law & Contracts for terms review, approvals, and ad hoc L&C inputs as required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Incentive Eligible
• Salary Range: $129,000 - $161,000

YOU MUST HAVE

• 2+ years Program Management or Project management experience.
• 5+ years of Government Contract Experience
• Extensive experience managing FAR 12 / FAR 15 efforts.
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance, ability to obtain TS/SCI
• Willing to work out of our MicroElectronics Center in Plymouth, MN
• Bachelor’s Degree
