What you’ll do:

  • Drafting, reviewing, negotiating NDAs, reseller agreements, alliance agreements, evaluation agreements, and services agreements along with completing vendor forms and other ancillary customer documentation.
  • Working alongside deal desk, procurement and legal to review and process customer order forms, reseller order forms, and vendor order forms.
  • Assisting in review and negotiation of SaaS agreements and other commercial agreements.
  • Processing documents and agreements for signature utilizing Docusign and other e-signature tools.
  • Assisting BigID personnel in analyzing issues in and preparing responses to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of playbooks and legal processes, particularly those relating to contract administration.
  • Managing and updating the library of template agreements.
  • Responding to correspondence from BigID’s deal desk and sales team, as well as other BigID employees in a thoughtful and timely manner.
  • Organizing, populating and maintaining contract files and repositories and owning the implementation of a new contract lifecycle management process including a CLM product you will help select.
  • Provide consultation and support to internal stakeholders during contract negotiations.
  • Provide education and support to deal desk and the sales teams, and other internal teams, on contracting procedures, best practices and contractual compliance.
  • Coordination of the procurement workflow.
  • Develop metrics and reporting to measure contracting time with a view to improving turnaround time as well providing visibility to the organization on key contractual matters and terms.
  • Be independent, proactive and manage multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient negotiation and execution of contracts.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

What you’ll bring:

  • An entrepreneurial individual with a background and proven success in contract management and administration
  • Experience in evaluating, selecting and implementing a full contract lifecycle management system.
  • Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS organizations or relevant fast-paced technology organizations.
  • Passion for industry-leading tech that’s changing the world, across data security, compliance, AI, governance, security, and privacy.
  • Comfortable with reviewing, revising, and negotiating commercial agreements and other standard legal documents.
  • Flexible with the ability to think/act strategically - and work as an individual contributor to deliver results for the legal team and business.
  • Bachelor’s degree. (J.D. or paralegal certificate is a plus but not required)
  • 5+ years of experience in contract management leadership in the high-growth technology arena. Experience in the data privacy and or cybersecurity fields is a plus.
  • General understanding of SaaS business models and related contracting issues and processes.

The annual base salary range is $115,000-$140,000. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is just one component of our Compensation Philosophy. Variable/Bonus Compensation & Equity Incentives align with individual and company performance.
