:
- Drive adoption of advertising solutions across targeted book of business (60+ sellers)
- Grow the business of those sellers on eBay by offering our ad solutions and suggesting optimization for the ad campaigns
- Develop quarterly/ annual business plans with sellers with focus on ad products usage
- Build long-term relationships with Sellers and also reach quarterly goals/ KPIs
- Monitor overall category performance & advertising adoption
- Partner with the trading team to understand category goals, product roadmap, promotional schedule, and seller targets
- Provide recommendations to product and engineering on necessary category-specific ad enhancements
- Experience in transforming ways of working within their own organization
Challenges:
- Understand the economics of assigned categories, sales structures, seller goals, margins…
- Being able to communicate with a diverse group of sellers - from sole trader business over SMB to large retailers/ brands
- Analytical skills to run deep dives on your Sellers’ performance and provide recommendations to improve the performance of the ad campaigns
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in account management, Sales, ecommerce, performance marketing, digital advertising, CPC
- Fluency in German and English
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
- Exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and client service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment, and to deal with ambiguity
