Data Analysis : Perform comprehensive data analysis to support process improvement initiatives. Utilize statistical tools and software such as Mini-Tab, R-Studio, or Python to analyse data and generate actionable insights
Statistical Data Analysis : Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data. Use statistical methods to support decision-making and process optimization
Stakeholder Management : Engage with stakeholders and end clients to understand their requirements and expectations. Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams and departments
Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Experience : 5-10 years of experience in process mapping, project management, and data analysis.
Certifications : Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Mini-Tab, R-Studio, or Python for data analysis. Strong understanding of statistical methods and tools
Project Management : Proven experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
