PMP or Prosci Change Practitioner certification (preferred).

Job Description:

• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Manage Black Belt projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Drive end-to-end automation transformation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and tool adoption.
• Engage with onshore stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Utilize project management skills to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in process improvement and automation technologies.
• Experience with RPA and AI-based automation (advantage).
• Strong project management and change management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
