Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.
Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience implementing large-scale HR projects, risk management/mitigation and supporting change management, business readiness, communications, and training activities.
Ability to balance engaging priorities and manage several time-sensitive projects in a fluid environment.
Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities.
