Your Impact
Business Strategy & Strategic Mindset: Define and champion a bold, AI-first product vision and strategic roadmap for the Enterprise AI Platform. You will use professional concepts to develop resolutions to critical issues and broad design matters, ensuring the platform's alignment with broader organizational business strategy. This includes collaborating with G&A leadership to identify areas where AI can drive financial forecasting accuracy, optimize human resources operations, or streamline legal contract review processes.
Business Insight & Focuses on the Customer: Act as a strategic partner to business leaders across G&A functions, identifying high-impact opportunities for AI and automation. Cultivate deep empathy for your internal customers by doing the research to develop insight into their needs, ensuring solutions are user-driven and deliver tangible value. For example, you will work directly with the Finance team to understand their pain points in quarterly reporting or close processes, work with the Legal team to pinpoint inefficiencies in intellectual property management, or partner with Talent Acquisition to understand opportunities in driving significant efficiencies in the hiring process.
Drives Results & Problem Solving: Champion an outcome-driven approach by defining clear success criteria, metrics, and dashboards that measure business value, efficiency, and impact. You will identify problems, critically review data, and determine root causes to provide multiple, practical solutions, consistently pushing yourself and others to achieve challenging goals. In the Finance domain, a key metric might be a 50% reduction in the quarterly close cycle time. For HR, it could be a 40% improvement in time-to-hire through AI-powered candidate screening.
Adapts & Collaboration and Influence: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with significant unknowns and ambiguity. You'll use critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills to navigate challenges, make sound decisions, and maintain a relentless focus on delivering business value and results. You will also willingly work with others, addressing competing priorities and motivating change through effective communication and negotiation. This includes working with the G&A functions to develop responsible AI policies and ensure AI solutions are built with ethical considerations.
Product Acumen & AI/ML Expertise: Apply deep expertise in AI, automation, MLOps, LLMs, and Generative AI to identify the right platform technologies and capabilities for enabling impactful use cases across enterprise functions. This includes understanding how technical concepts should be integrated into product requirements for areas like data pipelines, model training infrastructure, and responsible AI tooling.
Communicates & Stakeholder Engagement: Excel in communication by delivering impactful technical presentations and authoring documents with extreme clarity to articulate platform strategy, value proposition, and progress. You will serve as a spokesperson for the organization and create formal networks with key decision-makers. You will also communicate product decisions clearly, ensuring all teams are aligned. This will involve presenting AI strategy to senior leaders in Finance, People & Legal functions demonstrating strong execution discipline in delivering AI-driven outcomes.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected .
