The Executive contains those groups that have responsibility for setting the strategy for either a Service Line, an Area or a Global Function.
The Executive consists of:
- The three Areas: each geographic area has an Operating Executive team which oversees their Regions budgets and performance
- Functions: that enable and support the business – some functions sit wholly in the Executive, while other functions have integrated Regional and Executive teams
- The four Service Lines: while the service lines operate through the Regions, each service line has a small team in the Executive responsible for setting the service line strategy.
Your key responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for executive-wide learning deployment, coordinating marketing and communication strategies, supporting learning and development design, and leading team administration and operational efforts. You will also provide support on a range of projects across the Executive Talent team.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Oversee and execute all deployment and logistic activities for executive-wide and/or function specific learning (this includes planning learning calendars, scheduling via SuccessFactors, obtaining MS Teams facilitators, working closely with the GDS support team etc)
- Work closely with external learning vendors to ensure learning solutions are in line with EY standards
- Work closely with TD&L team members to support the design of learning solutions and to ensure EY learning standards are met
- Analyze and present for sharing, to multiple key stakeholders, learning evaluation data and learning metrics
- Liaison with ETT Comms Lead to plan, create and cascade marketing materials, communications and learning collateral
- Create, maintain and promote TD&L content for SharePoint, yammer and MS Teams channels
- Manage and maintain annual TD&L budget
- Coordinate, drive agenda and moderate TD&L team meetings
- Coordinate, drive agenda, moderate and ensure polished collateral and the timely scheduling of TD&L drop in sessions (to support the building of awareness across the Executive Talent Team on TD&L focuses and programs)
- Submit and track all purchase orders and vendor invoicing for timely payment
- Create and maintain documentation (charters, learning related reporting, process documentation, etc.) for projects of varying complexity
- Oversee Partner Learning program nominations, working with Strategic Talent Consultants, the TD&L Leader and the Global Learning Team
- Support the design and maintenance of the TD&L scorecard and pull relevant data analytics to demonstrate progress

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years Talent Development and Learning experience
- Experience and working knowledge of the SuccessFactors Learning Management System
- Experience working with cross-border, cross-cultural virtual teams
- Exposure to projects with multiple global stakeholders
