Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
5 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 5 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience delivering results and making progress in a fast changing ambiguous environment.
Experience with managing teams working on platforms or infrastructure development.
Ability to articulate, influence, and drive changes across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Excellent organizational design skills, with the ability to mentor and coach managers and other senior leaders in the team.
