Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with platforms or infrastructure development, and Large Scale Distributed Systems.
Experience delivering results and making progress in a fast changing, ambiguous problem space.
Ability to articulate, influence and drive changes across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Excellent technical leadership skills and ability to mentor and grow other engineers.
