Responsibilities
- Manage and execute orders in current ERP system (Oracle)
- Review Sales Order documentation for completeness and accuracy, in accordance to company’s booking criteria.
- Understand order complexities and how to proper drive complex orders downstream applying company’s policies and procedures.
- Manage communication efforts as the liaison between Field Sales, Operations, Export Compliance and Shipping.
- Resolve all backlog issues including order holds, special shipping requirements, product configuration issues and part number discrepancies.
- Provides quarter and month-end support as needed to achieve corporate goals. Additional hours will be required at these busy times.
Qualifications
- ERP experience (Order Management) is required, preferably Oracle.
- CRM experience preferred, especially Salesforce.com
- Customer focused, team player, must be able to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Must be able to handle a large volume of orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must effectively communicate with all levels of Internal and External personnel
- Ability to adapt to changing processes and follow them as well as suggest changes where needed.
- Previous Order Management experience is required.
Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. Earnings for this position are expected to be $60,000 - $90,000. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
