Your role:

• Ensure timely updates to customer order details in Project Management and ERP systems based on Project Manager's instructions.

• Align factory confirmed delivery dates with requested delivery dates and take appropriate action to resolve discrepancies.

• Track and expedite order shipments to ensure on-time and complete deliveries, coordinating with logistics and transportation carriers.

• Act as a liaison across all functions, from order intake to invoice creation, resolving issues throughout the order lifecycle.

• Validate and process Defect on Arrival (DEFOA) and Return Order requests, while adhering to departmental turnaround times and quality standards.

You're the right fit if:

• You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and or relevant business experience preferred

• You’ve acquired 2+ years of Supply Chain related business experience is preferred

• 2+ years of business systems experience (ex: SAP/ ERP systems, MS Office, Siebel) & Quality Management systems (ICS Control, SOX etc.) preferred.

• Possess excellent verbal, written, and the ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers
