Fund Accounts Operations Analyst

Your key responsibilities may include:

• Review and process supplier/vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with purchase orders and received goods.
• Manage payments in accordance with the scheduled payment run and log received payments to appropriate accounts.
• Reconcile accounts using banking reports and accounting software, ensuring data integrity.
• Oversee and review daily Fund Valuations (NAV Prices) prepared by Fund Administrators before market release.
• Address Fund investor queries, collaborating with internal Account Managers and investor services teams.
• Assist in coordinating Financial Year-End activities for Australian Funds, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

• Prior experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Fund administration/Fund Operations or other Finance/Data-related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail when handling large volumes of data.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Reliable, structured, and proactive approach to assigned tasks, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
