We are looking for a high performing, self-driven Senior Product Manager to lead downstream marketing activities for imaging solutions related to LAAC. Solutions will focus largely on CT and ultrasound imaging spanning software, hardware, and services. This role will require effective collaboration and communication across the broader WATCHMAN team, various cross-functional and cross-divisional partners, the US sales team, key physicians, along with strategic partners. This role requires a high degree of clinical and technical aptitude, strategic thinking, attention to detail, a flexible mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilize research, data, and analytics about the market and the product to inform product and commercial strategies
  • Identify key market access barriers and working with cross-functional partners on solutions to improve adoption and speed to market
  • Facilitate successful account launches and tracking key launch metrics
  • Communicate launch progress, updates, and key information to leadership and the sales team
  • Develop segmentation, positioning, and messaging to more effectively communicate value to key stakeholders
  • Build promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives alongside marketing and medical education partners
  • Build relationships and drive alignment with key cross-functional and cross-divisional partners
  • Collaborate and align with marketing team counterparts and cross-functional team members to ensure a coordinated plan to deliver overall revenue and profit objectives, as well as product forecasting
  • Develop a robust understanding of the WATCHMAN portfolio, LAAC procedure, and relevant clinical evidence to present to customers at tradeshows and in-person visits
  • Engage key customers through in-person visits, focus groups, and other needed services
  • Support WATCHMAN marketing and other functions with annual planning & budgeting


Required qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree (BS/BA)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, sales, and/or consulting
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
  • Ability to travel up to 20% time


Preferred qualifications:

  • Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to articulate a launch plan and influence key stakeholders and organizational leaders
  • Prior experience launching medical device or Imaging products preferred
  • Strong communication & execution skills with the ability to take initiative
  • Entrepreneurial spirit that can be flexible and operate independently with little direction
  • Experience building relationships with key customers and business stakeholders
  • A natural curiosity and a tendency to seek understanding and surface insights
  • Ability to challenge the status quo, think differently, and good instincts to predict future customer needs
  • Demonstrated success leading in a team environment, ability to create an atmosphere of enthusiasm, commitment, and trust
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as an individual contributor and effectively in a team-based environment while managing multiple priorities
