Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop business plans, product positioning and marketing programs to deliver physician education and engagement in key segments
  • Drive strategy and planning to educate expanded audiences, including APPs, diagnostic radiologists and spine surgeons, including creation of presentations and educational materials
  • Drive connection points with cross-functional stakeholders to develop & execute commercial efforts and programs within Interventional Spine and across a broader portfolio
  • Provide strategic support and guidance to maximize sponsorships and programs, overseeing engagement activities with clinicians at society events, programs and trade shows
  • Drive organization, tracking and implementation of marketing programs, leveraging best practices for highest impact and seamless execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, KOLs and societies
  • Manage internal and external communication to maintain transparency and trust, partnering closely with marketing and sales to maintain alignment
  • Partner with the field and cross-functional partners to prioritize and support local programs and presence to increase awareness and drive depth of the Intracept procedure
  • Analyze ROI metrics to further develop data-driven plans and communicate results to internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, managing approvals and input from legal and regulatory

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience in marketing, business development or a related field
  • Demonstrated success driving strategy and planning, and proven ability to drive process and disciplined approach to execution
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams with strong leadership, project management and influence skills

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in medical device industry, specifically interventional spine, pain management, or neuromodulation
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and lead multiple concurrent projects
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and drive consensus in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Customer service orientation with diplomacy, a service mindset, and a team approach to working with colleagues and partners
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, with demonstrated independent judgment and decision-making ability



Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
