Key Responsibilities:

• Develop or oversee manufacturing test program & fixtures at manufacturers sites.
• Working closely with internal cross teams (Engineering Design & Program Manager) and external manufacturers during NPI including involvement in Manufacturing Test Plan, RFQ, DFT, test equipment & test process input for new product to achieve projects milestones
• Provide onsite technical guidance/support to contract manufacturers for problems solving with corrective & prevention actions
• Support contract manufacturers from board level to system level on the root cause for defects analysis
• Continuous support and improvement of manufacturing test related process (capacity, optimization, test cycle time) after mass production

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering
• Preferable of 3-5 years working experience
• Required knowledge on Manufacturing Test Programming and understanding on Electrical Circuitry and Embedded Software.
• Experience in working with manufacturers to integrate test solutions to be implemented to production environment for testing products hardware functions
• Experience in programming skills using Visual Basic, C/C++, C# or Java
• Experience with power electronics control circuit, analog & digital circuits, sensors, RF testing (Bluetooth, 802.11 Wi-Fi testing) and basic mechanical design is a plus
• Strong problem solving and ability of failure analysis
• Individuals who are self-driven and high accountability to get things done
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple projects/tasks
• Great interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malay written & verbal required. Chinese language fluency is a plus
