Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in developing integrated circuits (pre-silicon, first silicon bring-up, new product introduction) tools, flows, solution and methodology across design and test domain with strong software implementation experience.
• 1+ years of experience in product and test engineering, specializing in ATE test program development.
• 1+ years of leading development of test engineering solutions such as vector definition, generation and implementation
• Experience in large scale and/or high performance (i.e., AI, machine leaning, neural nets, CPU’s) and/or high power SoCs/chips on advanced process nodes is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Good presentation and communication skills
• Good Software design, solution implementation and software practices
• Knowledge in Database implementation for performance, quality and security
• Fantastic Linux skills
• Strong in debugging and optimizing software
• Great unit/integration testing
• Understanding of bring-up/debug, characterization/manufacturing test (on ATEs).
• Familiar with probability and statistical background including DOE’s.
• Experience in system/customer requirements gathering and interfacing.
• Experience in Failure analysis, qualification, and yield analysis is a plus
• Advantest V93K experience is a plus
• Familiar with Computer architecture fundamentals is a plus

Responsibilities:

This position will have a responsibility in developing tools and flows for manufacturingand testing capability, as well as deployment for product engineering. The goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient product execution process.

• Develop engineering tool from testing and product development needs such as test automation AI/ML capability, engineering supply chain automation for product engineering forecast, analysis, cost analysis.
• Develop test methodology and reliability methodology in relation tools/solutions interface to accurately model performance targets, reliability targets and correlate results with simulation and post silicon. Develop and implement test method architecture that is standard/common to all test methods.
• Develop engineering tools from testing perspective: this includes test interface, test library, test vector generation, design trace to vector conversion capability, VCS model replay and test program capability for Wafer Sort and Final Test.

• Knowledge of industrial standards such as STIL and implementation of solutions/tools
• Develop product development needs from data analysis requirement, enablement, external data management (FTP from external (vendor/supplier)) into internal for AZURE development framework.
• Develop critical tool/Solutions/infrastructure capabilities in MSFT ensuring synergy with strategy industry partner collaboration and advancing silicon engineering functions.
