Your key responsibilities include:
- Support the project teams in the day-to-day execution of a project
- Develop analysis plan and collect relevant data and information
- Support in running interviews and consultation meetings with clients and other stakeholders to understand clients’ issues and gather information
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Structure and develop work products and deliverables
- Delivery presentations to present findings and recommendations to clients
- Support in facilitating workshops and study tours
- Proactively identify project risks and raise issues with senior members of the team
- Assist in proposal development and market pursue
- Assist in project management and client engagement tasks, including billing, subcontractor engagement, and other administration tasks.
- Coach and supervise junior associates within the area of responsibility
- Maintain a clean and structured workflow and project archive / record

To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, law, finance, business, public policy, public administration or equivalent disciplines
- +3 years of professional experience in consulting / advisory work or +3 years of experience with a reputable organization and a strong record of personal success
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Power Point, Excel, Word)
- Strong communication skills, fluency (writing and speaking) in both Vietnamese and English
Ideally, you will also have
- Master of economics, law, finance, business administration, management, public policy, public administration, or equivalent discipline
- Any relevant professional qualifications would be highly regarded
- Prior experience in working for a top-tier consulting firm
- Good knowledge, including but not limited to public policy advisory, public policy formulation and evaluation, institutional arrangement, project management
- Experience in working in projects with public government agencies or international organizations (international development partners such as ADB, AFD, World Bank)
