Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field, and 3-5+ years of relevant work experience
• Familiarity with Python
• Willingness to provide on-call support
• Accepting of limited travel for site turn-up or operational work
• Understanding of networking concepts and terminologies
• Motivated to work with remote teams from a global organization
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python
• Familiarity with CI/CD, git & understanding of modern APIs
• CCNA certification and/or DevNet Associate
• Practical operational experience with networking (switching, routing)
• Prior experience working on incident and service management
