Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field, and 3-5+ years of relevant work experience
- Familiarity with Python
- Willingness to provide on-call support
- Accepting of limited travel for site turn-up or operational work
- Understanding of networking concepts and terminologies
- Motivated to work with remote teams from a global organization
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with CI/CD, git & understanding of modern APIs
- CCNA certification and/or DevNet Associate
- Practical operational experience with networking (switching, routing)
- Prior experience working on incident and service management
