Key Responsibilities;

  • Manage the design, development, and implementation of Prof Ed training programs.
  • Lead the acquiring and maintenance of the tools and materials used for HCP trainings
  • Set KPIs for the educational programs and post event follow up measurement tools
  • Align with the local teams to establish the educational needs for HCPs and keep updating the educational curriculum to meet these needs
  • Conduct field visits across the major markets to identify the educational needs and the customer journey in the major markets.
  • Establish stakeholder mapping and KOL engagement plans in alignment with the internal stakeholders
  • Ensure all meeting and training materials meet legal requirements.
  • Develop the training content, pre and post self-guided learning & calls, surveys, forms, communications, and business updates for product and therapy training
  • Calendar management for programs - manage calendar and planning for programs to ensure there is enough capacity to meet demand.
  • Align with franchise leads, business managers and marketing teams on specific projects, timelines, tasks, market needs.
  • Track compliance of all pre-event, during the event and post-event requirements
  • Execute post event follow up measurement tools
  • Agility to modify plan based on business need
  • Collaborate with the EMEA and local teams to ensure the training content is relevant and competitive information is up to date

Key Competencies ;

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/marketing or training in the medical device industry is a must, Coronary therapies and structural heart experience is a plus
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization and with outside vendors/consultants.
  • Able to build and maintain strong customer relationship.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, determined and goal oriented.
  • Ability to grasp technical content
  • Related work experience in training and / or curriculum design & development is an advantage
  • highly skilled in Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel,)
  • Self-starter with a clear focus on curriculum development and deployment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines within a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary, high visibility environment
  • Ability to portray confidence while presenting to others with excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • English language is a necessity.
  • Travel up to 70% of the time
