Own and manage all operational aspects of Megapack Sales Contracts, ensure customer and Tesla meet all their obligation to have the Megapack delivered in due time
Partner with demand planning, manufacturing and logistics team in headquarters as well as sales, engineering and customers in the region to coordinate MP deliveries
Collaborate with different teams to ensure all project financial and legal milestones are met to not delay or block MP and components deliveries
Take full ownership to ensure business transactional data integrity across all systems/applications, manage and report out weekly metrics
Respond to project related requests from customers and internal stakeholders such as Production, Demand Planning, Logistics, Project Engineering, etc.
Coordinate equipment delivery and remove all possible roadblocks for revenue recognition, ensure projects meet all requirements for deployment recognition
Collaborate closely with VAT, customs and legal to ensure compliance
Work closely with IT to report and troubleshoot system issues
Support adhoc operations requests from Project Management and Project Engineering
You will investigate issues and processes, identify constraints and root causes and work with various departments to identify improvements and drive solutions
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience
3+ years of work experience in engineering, business operations, supply chain, or other related fields
Energy industry experience is strongly preferred
Extremely organized and comfortable managing a high degree of complexity
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interface with and influence multiple teams at various levels of the organization
