Job Description

In this role you will have the unique opportunity to develop new strategic partnership opportunities and solutions within Philips IIG (Italy, Israel and Greece) organization. You will have the opportunity to increase your competencies managing high complexity projects as part of the “Philips Solution” value proposition. You will support the transformation of Philips Healthcare toward better delivery of customer’ complex needs.

Your role

  • Engages with customers to build and execute business funnel, closely working together with account team.
  • Develops stakeholder relationships together with Sales Leader/ Strategic Key Account Managers and facilitate engagement as required through opportunity lifecycle.
  • Develops sales strategies for new opportunities and together with Sales Leader / Strategic Account Manager and Client Delivery Manager is accountable for prospecting, lead generation until solution delivery and operations (Lead-to-Contract- to-OIT-to-Revenue).
  • Advises customer Decision Makers how to best realize the value of their Philips investment through innovation, implementation, and productive use.
  • Leads the Presales stages of the opportunity by providing deep & effective presentation of market trends with a focus on customer needs and defined solution.
  • Presents solution and map against customer requirements with understanding of competitive/other factors impacting deal closure.
  • Drives competitive analysis, enhance portfolio and strategies against established players and new threats based on deep understanding of industry landscape incl. customer needs, trends, competition.
  • Designs business models and prepare comprehensive project budgets, calculates business cases.
  • Engages with Global/Market Team to develop the most relevant solutions (best practice+ local expertise)

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electronic/BiomedicalEngineeringor an equivalent combination of related experience and education.
  • You have acquired 4-5 years working experience in sales/business development environment in Healthcare/medical device, preferably with capital equipment.
  • You have strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
  • Strong orientation to results and to go beyond market and standard requirement and need.
  • You have a creative and innovative mindset with ability to go deeply into the numbers.
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Italian as local language.

Additional appreciated experiences that will make your application unique:

  • You have experience in hospital C-Suite stakeholder management
  • You have knowledge and competency in managing Public Private Parternariate (PPP) projects and have experience working with Legal procedure and Tender process within Public Administration
  • You have experience in large health equipment procurement processes and Large health equipment business development
  • You have experience in Global Service and/or Service procurement
