Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- 2 years of experience in one or more of the following fields: supply planning, supply chain management, manufacturing operations, or operations engineering.
- Ability to travel 25% of the time internationally.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Operations Engineering, or other relevant fields.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in leading complex operational and strategic programs, with the ability to multitask, analyze opportunities, define successful approaches, and proactively solve problems.
- Ability to build relationships, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and lead cross-functionally, with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent leadership, quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, creative, and strategic skills.
