Key Responsibilities

  • Implement programs that align the organization with leadership’s strategic vision and top priorities.
  • Serve as a change agent, communicating and institutionalizing business process improvements across teams.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives and programs by building project plans, tracking timelines, and proactively removing roadblocks.
  • Organize and lead recurring meetings with key stakeholders to review program statuses, discuss action items, and ensure accountability on deliverables.
  • Develop clear and compelling content for leadership updates, team meetings, and program reviews—including presentations, reports, and dashboards.
  • Own and evolve content and knowledge management strategies to ensure team members can easily access the documentation, tools, and resources they need.
  • Design and implement reporting and analytics that provide visibility into program performance, GTM effectiveness, and early indicators of risk or gaps.
  • Leverage understanding of sales best practices to recommend improvements across GTM workflows and execution.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and removing friction from cross-functional collaboration.

Posting Statement

to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, Salesforce will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $177,600 to $257,600.
