AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS)You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.Key job responsibilities
• Manage work and priorities through ticketing system and/or workflows.
• Adhere to security and safety best practices in the data center
• Participate in team meetings for metric analysis and daily/weekly goals achievement
• Basic Networking removal/installation and clearing of configurations.
• Unpacking/repacking fragile electronics
• Perform duties constantly and without deviations unless otherwise instructed
• Updating progress through a web ticketing system
• Reporting of processes and regular status updates
• Work with cross-functional teams on a regular basis to complete routine work
• Contribute to the development of other team members
• Escalating to senior technicians and management as needed/requiredAbout the team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High school or equivalent diploma
• STEM classes or vocational course curriculum education
• Are 18 years of age or older


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
