Role and Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for the sell-in and sell-out support of multiple product categories for a leading account in the US. This role will work hand in hand with the MX account teams and product management teams to provide sales insights to enable growth strategies and operational excellence. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong, long-lasting relationship with the account, understanding their business needs, and ensuring that Samsung delivers tailored solutions that drive mutual growth and success.
- Accountable for category performance including sell-in, sell-out, promo recommendations and cross channel management to deliver planning in the short term and medium term.
- Assist in the development and execute on category sales strategies, plans and programs to ensure category targets are achieved.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all assigned levels within the organization and with the customer.
- Drive category efforts and influence plans by working cross-functionally with marketing, channel sales, training, merchandising, product, supply chain, and finance.
- Execute on GTM plans and work cross-functionally to effectively launch new products.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the customer’s needs and objectives.
- Manage sales program operational support including drafting term sheets and validating proof of performance.
- Coordinates plans and drafts communication for external distribution. Communications can include cross-functional updates on training, marketing and offers.
- Actively track key performance metrics, analyze sales and promotional performance, forecasts, and analyze market data on an ongoing basis for various categories to inform all critical business decisions and optimize category performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 years of Category Sales Management, Sales Strategy, Operations, and Management with direct Customer Management experience.
- Prior management experience in sales strategy for a diverse mobile portfolio.
- Demonstrated ability to interact at the executive and all levels within customers' organizations and withinorganization.
- Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels, especially in the sales and marketing, logistical, or finance.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects.
- Work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve customer business objectives, personal and team goals, and complete assignments within established time frames and specifications.
- Ability to write, read, interpret, explain, and act on a thorough understanding of product documents and contracts or related documents based on corporate legal and customer applications.
- Ability to make professional sales and business presentations in writing, through email, reports, or orally, including complex business and technical matters to an audience of high technical skills, management, and operational experience.
Ability to navigate internal and external organizations to identify and influence key stakeholders to accomplish goals and objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Some experience/exposure in P&L management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Excel, Powerpoint and Word.

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $140,000 and $150,000 plus additional quarterly bonus. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
