This Government Property Senior Analyst role provides Government Property Compliance and Guidance to the ACST functions and sites. This position is an excellent opportunity for growth in a government-oriented business. This role will support Government Property requirements and deliverables as well as work cross functionally to continuously improve our documentation and processes ACST wide.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the administration and physical control of Government/Customer property.
- Provide government property guidance and support to various functional groups.
- Project manage cross functional teams to create and improve compliant processes.
- Drive root cause corrective actions across functions via collaboration.
- Create monthly, quarterly, and annual property reports.
- Support and facilitate both internal and Customer reviews of the property system.
- Perform property management system self-assessments.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
- Travel required – 10%.
US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
YOU MUST HAVE
- US Citizenship to obtain or maintain a security clearance.
- 5-7+ years of professional business/analytical experience
- Ability to project manage cross functional teams.
WE VALUE
- Government Property Experience.
- Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS), particularly FAR 45 and 52.245-1.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or other related field.
- Ability to quickly understand processes, problem solve, and ensure compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and team across organizational or functional boundaries.
- Strong problem solving and financial/business analytical skills.
- Experience with SAP.
- Strong personal computer skills with Microsoft Suite.
- Strong organizational skills – ability to prioritize and perform work accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomously driven, and demanding start-up-like environment.
- Independent, self-starter, with a strong work ethic, high degree of motivation and the ability to contribute to a positive team attitude.
- Strong bias for action; results oriented with an ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Lean / Six Sigma certified or trained desired.
