Your key responsibilities: As a Tax Analyst, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to review and validate complex Tax forms:
· Accurately input tax data into company databases from various sources, ensuring no discrepancies occur.
· Review and verify data entered to maintain the highest level of accuracy.
· Assist in the preparation of tax documentation and reports.
· Work closely with the Tax team to identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies in the data.
· Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all financial documents and records.
· Comply with data integrity and security policies.
· Update and maintain database information as required for tax purposes.
· Provide administrative support to the Tax department as needed.
· Be a strong team player and be adaptive to the changing work environment as and when needed.
· Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends.
· An understanding of Form 1099 / Form 1042-S / Form 1042 and Form W8 / W9 / CRS will be an added advantage.
Technical and Functional Expertise:
• Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Students in Business Administration, Accounting, or similar.
• Advance Excel (VBA/Macros is preferred)
• Intermediate- Advance English (The position requires to speak English on a daily basis).
• Good interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Some basic Tax knowledge is preferred.
