What you’ll do
- Support the documentation, refinement, and governance of recurring PSP-related processes and accounting handoffs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Business Development, Global Payments, Revenue Operations, and Treasury — to gather inputs, track progress, and ensure alignment across workflows.
- Help maintain and improve centralized trackers and internal knowledge bases, boosting team visibility and operational efficiency.
- Proactively identify process gaps, escalate integration issues, and assist in structured issue resolution using intake and tracking tools.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of runbooks, SOPs, and templates to support scalable, consistent operations across the PSP ecosystem.
What you'll need
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting operations, process improvement, or shared services environments.
- Proficiency with enterprise tools like Salesforce, Oracle, Blackline, or equivalent accounting/workflow platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with demonstrated ability to collaborate across global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to process design, operational excellence, or business transformation projects.
- Experience partnering with Accounting or Finance teams in cross-functional environments.
- Familiarity with the PSP lifecycle, including vendor onboarding and payment integration.
- Experience using platforms like JIRA, Confluence, or similar for issue tracking and documentation.
