Minimum Requirements:� Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Accounting and System Information or related field and 3 years of related practical experiences� Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting.� Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.� Financial analysis for decision quality involves independently developing solutions to moderately complex problems and integrating multiple data sources to make a recommendation.� Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to explain complex financial data to management and non-financial stakeholders.� Data analytics, Power BI, KNIME, SAP, Vistex experiences will be added advantages.Preferred Qualifications:� Ability to deal with ambiguity to perform in an evolving dynamic business space.� Experience with risk management and controls. � Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of business processes and their interrelationships to provide business insights.Experienced HireShift 1 (Malaysia)Malaysia, Penang
