- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in a Sales, Strategy and Operations, or Analyst role.
- Ability to work with data, and pull insights from data.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliver quality outputs across several work-streams.
- Ability to identify high impact user needs and translate them into a broader strategy and idea for tools and processes.
- Excellent communication skills with various audiences, technical stakeholders, Sales leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Passion for improving products or business processes.
