Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Extensive years of sales experience, consultative selling, business consulting, or related sales experience
  • Proven experience establishing and nurturing a range of senior stakeholder relationships in Public Sector, particularly local government

Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

  • Extensive years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experience
  • Experience in leading strategic planning and execution with senior customer leaders
  • Experience in leading digital transformation programs or using technology to drive customer business outcomes.
  • Well experienced in business consulting, consultative selling, or change management.
  • Strong leading sales and partner team experience.

Business Relationship Owner: You will be responsible for defining the strategic vision and leading the transformation with the customer’s CxO level Technology, Digital and Business Decision Makers (BDM). This requires leadership skills and ability to challenge conventional thinking. Success will come through achieving our customer’s success.


Team Mobiliser and Orchestrator: You will need to learn how to navigate Microsoft, work across functions, and the eco-system, understand the systems – all to maximise the value to your customer. From exec sponsors to product experts & commercial leaders, you will need to be resourceful to ensure your customer is getting the full support across the organisation.

You will be able to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful manner.
