Job Description:

'-Monitor EHS regulatory Compalicne of State and Central Laws, Analyze potential impacts, provide practical recommendations and risk analyses
- Work in partnership with EHS corporate and site management to develop and implement EHS strategies, policies, and services to increase employee safety & reduce organization risks
- Collection, analysis and reporting of EHS metrics- Provide oversight for the site Management of Change (MOC) Process
- Provide oversight and conduct audits for Pre Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR)
- Manage the site PHA schedule and recommend implementation plan
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for incidents and near misses in the Site
- Provide mentoring and training for site personnel- Hazardous area classification study, HAZOP, evaluation of process safety in high risk area involving solvent handling and combustible dusts (Powder plant)
- Clarity and Focus on driving the EHS elements and corporate requirements
