Your role:

• Campaign Management support (converting leads from the special promotions).

• Support for registration and reporting of sales activities within the provided sales tools (CRM/SFDC) and according to the defined reporting requirements. Communicating and updating all customer facing team members who contact the same IB Account.

• Support for proactive touch points to customers, utilizing multiple channels such as virtual meetings. Contacting customers via telephone and/or email to new and/or competitive accounts as well as be responsible for the timely response to any incoming leads in order to develop opportunities.

• Lifecycle solutions and End of Life (EoL) processes support.

You're the right fit if:

• You are student of Bachelor’s or Master’s studies, available to work min. 20 hours/week

• Analytical mindset with great communication skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Package (Excel especially)

• Fluent in English & Polish

• You are eager to learn, open-minded and easy-going person
