Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
Ability to communicate in Dutch and English fluently in order to communicate in this customer-facing sales role.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including effective questioning and objection handling.
Experience in leading and high executive functioning within the digital marketing space.
Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics, expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in The Netherlands and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
