Core Business Services is at the hearth of our firm. CBS covers a wide range of services like: Markets, Finance, Operations, Executive Assistant, Legal & Risk Management, Talent Team, Real Estate and Facilities Management, Programme Management Office.
What we do:
Markets owns EY brand and provides Brand, Marketing, Communication and Business Development to the business
Finance acts as a trusted business advisor to the business, supporting Service Lines achieve their business strategies, providing forward looking insights that can improve business decision making at both the engagement and management level. We provide a wide range of services such as planning and budgeting, financial analysis and advice, Markets support, credit control and treasury management. In addition to financial and statutory reporting, ensuring finance polices are adhered to and transaction processing.
Operations works to ensure the firm is operating effectively and efficiently by developing, implementing and updating policies, process improvements and procedures. The team aims to support the business in achieving its' profitable growth agenda, and on an ongoing basis looks at cost analysis and margin improvement plan implementation.
Executive Assistants are one national team, dedicated to delivering quality administrative support services to the business and our clients. An integrated and professional business support unit, providing a pro-active service to our Partners and Associate Partners. We develop relationships based on trust and doing the right thing.
Legal and Risk Management assists the business and advise on a diverse range of strategic commercial and legal issues.
Talent works across several specialties like: HR Services, Recruitment, Reward and Wellbeing, Talent Development, D&I, HR Strategic Talent Partners, Employee Relations.
