Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience as a reliability or hardware engineer.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with overseas manufacturing partners and manufacturing processes.
Experience with Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW or other programming languages for data analysis and hardware test.
Experience in applying design for reliability (DfR) techniques (DFMEA, Statistics) and other reliability modeling techniques.
Experience in statistical analysis including Monte Carlo Analysis, DoE, SPC, Gage R and R.
Experience with failure analysis techniques for electrical, mechanical, audio/acoustics, display, touch, or optical components.
