Major responsibilities include:

  • Setting the strategy for EVA IP at Qualcomm, including product definition for the EVA IP area

  • Management and maintenance of the EVA IP roadmap

  • Creating and justifying EVA IP options for new proposed chipset

  • Prioritizing engineering activity, and program planning

  • Gathering requirements from external customers, internal business units and acting as a point of contact for escalations

  • Aligning product offering with partners and ecosystem (Independent Software and Hardware Vendors, tool vendors and OS providers)

  • Analyzing market dynamics, competitive pressures and industry benchmarking

  • Maintaining Market Requirements Documents, Product Requirements Documents and Feature Requests

  • Presenting on behalf of Qualcomm for this technology area at public events, trade shows, etc.

Requirements:

  • MSEE or similar degree in engineering, computer science or physics

  • 7+ years experience in the semiconductor space

  • 5+ years experience in computer vision technologies

  • Excellent presentation skills

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.

• 5+ years of Product Management or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Product Management or related work experience.

• 3+ years of working in a large matrixed organization.

• 2+ years of working with operating budgets and/or project financials.

• 2+ years of negotiating 3rd party business agreements.

Pay range:

$171,000.00 - $256,000.00
