Be part of a team that applies its expertise and knowledge to develop, implement and maintain method and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Using your technical expertise, you will estimate manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. You will add value and expertise to the business by sustaining support by identifying cost reduction and yield improvement opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work to brainstorm & implement solutions to improve production
• Daily yield management
• Yield improvement
• Productivity improvement
• Conduct risk analysis & reduction
• Project planning
• Identify and drive cost improvement
• Drive technical solutions
• Production Engineering Trials
• Driving RCFA execution

MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Industrial Manufacturing background/experience

• Greenbelt certified

• Proficient project management skills
• Good knowledge of mechanical industry

• Working knowledge of SAP
• AutoCAD
• PSM experience
