Using your technical expertise, you will estimate manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. You will add value and expertise to the business by sustaining support by identifying cost reduction and yield improvement opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work to brainstorm & implement solutions to improve production
- Daily yield management
- Yield improvement
- Productivity improvement
- Conduct risk analysis & reduction
- Project planning
- Identify and drive cost improvement
- Drive technical solutions
- Production Engineering Trials
- Driving RCFA execution
MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Industrial Manufacturing background/experience

- Mechanical Engineer preferred
- Greenbelt certified
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Manufacturing experience
- Eagerness to get involved in hands-on work
- Proficient project management skills
- Good knowledge of mechanical industry
- Cause identification/FMEA experience
- Working knowledge of SAP
- AutoCAD
- PSM experience
