As a Global Account Manager, you will be responsible for one or more large strategic customers. You will be responsible for developing the relationship with the customer, selling the entire portfolio SAP, driving innovation, adoption, growing our revenue Cloud/On Premise and Services and end-to-end satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.
Your Path To Success
· Lead an assigned territory (Public Sector) to extend our footprint with full value SAP offer,
· Master the goals of your customer industry,
· Manage complex ecosystem of partner integrators and advisors,
· Knowledge of the Public Sector and health industry is a real advantage.
Your impact:
· You will be passionate, curious with solid business to business account management experience,
· You will drive build & share with your extended team to implement an account plan and deliver maximum revenue potential,
· You will lead account mapping at every level of organization, and understand the key “jeu d’influence”
· You will be accountable of forecast accuracy & pipeline generation, managing short, middle and long-term business opportunities,
· You could count on all resources available (Marketing, trade shows, top tiers channel partners) and your creativity to be successful.
Qualifications and Skills:
· 10 years' experience in Global Account Sales or Consulting on complex business software / IT solutions in a Quota Carrying role (Software company or Integrator) or as a consultant manager (Advisor),
· Successful experience within Public Sector accounts (Social sector would be a plus),
· Team player, leadership skills to federate extended teams,
· Fluency in French and English,
· Strategic thinker, high degree of creativity and innovation.
