Digital Marketing Specialist, GEM: Romania, Lebanon or South Africa
Digital marketing planning and campaign management
- Collaborate to define the digital marketing strategy for the Growth Emerging Markets (GEM) region.
- Collaborate to design, develop, and implement high-impact integrated digital marketing programs.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to successfully align channel mix according to strategy & focus and provide recommendations to optimize mix or selection of new channels.
- Liaise with divisional marketing and digital marketing teams to adapt content, integrate and validate in alignment and cooperation with EMEA teams.
- Identify and articulate best practices.
- Drive internal and external stakeholders, including agencies to meet deadlines and deliver on commitments.
- Support colleagues across the region to execute local digital strategies and online localization initiatives.
Analysis & Reporting
- Define and monitor digital campaign KPIs.
- Measure and report performance of digital campaigns and present to stakeholders.
- Test, learn and optimize performance based on insights.
Qualifications required for this position:
- Proven work experience in digital marketing.
- Demonstratable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media, SEO/SEM, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Working knowledge of Marketing Automation tools (Salesforce suite Marketing Cloud).
- Applied experience using measurement/analysis to regularly optimize Digital Marketing programs.
Profile required:
- University degree or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally with experience working within a multinational healthcare (pharmaceutical or medical devices) organization.
- Proven excellence in written and verbal communications. Excellent command of English - any additional language will be an asset.
