Principal Engineer, Service Delivery - (Please note that only applicants with the requiredwill be considered for this role)

You will:

• Be the Subject Matter Expert and Go To person in one or more Dell technologies.

• Work closely with the Solutions Architects in validating and reviewing the solution design.

• Assist in providing effort estimation during the presales stage of the solution proposal.

• Be able to act as mentor to the junior members of the team.

• Occasionally act as Solutions Architect in small to mid-sized projects

• Participate in escalation management, working closely with Support and Engineering to drive the problem resolution.

Essential Requirements

• Should have strong organizing and planning skills to oversee and efficiently implement program deliverables

• Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills.

• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience especially in High End Storage, SAN, NAS, Networking and Virtualization.

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• Strong proven ability to lead sub-teams
