Your key responsibilities

Provides technical and thought leadership on Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM application design and architecture. Envisions application design, builds strategy, and develops a technical solution based on client business requirements and industry best practices within a Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment. Interfaces with client’s senior technical and business executives. Acts as a high-level technical expert, providing technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation and implementation advice for effective Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation. Works with business analysts to translate functional business requirements and processes into long-term architecture solutions. Work with client IT and business resources to architect scalable and robust solutions to business problems in Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment. Leads, assigns, and oversees the development team. Defines and enforces sound development and governance practices and ensures the quality delivery of technical solutions. Serve as an intermediary between client and Salesforce and/or Microsoft to align the client needs with the CRM roadmap.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • A bachelor's degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 4 years of related work experience
  • A degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or a related field; MBA or MS degree preferred
  • Experience providing packaged the following CRM solution: Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Implemented at least one Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM project through a full lifecycle from requirements gathering to post go live support
  • Technical skills must include Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM Domain Certification and may include: Microsoft, Oracle, and IBM. Requires a thorough understanding of the Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
  • Experience developing Javascript, plugins and/or custom workflow activities
  • Experience in integrations and data migration
  • Familiar with Agile Methodology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for developing client deliverables and presentations
  • You will likely spend a significant amount of time onsite with our clients. As such, you must have the ability to travel and have a valid driver’s license. This travel can be as much as 4 to 5 days of a work week.
  • 3+ years defining, developing and implementing CCM software solutions (e.g.: GMC Inspire, HP Extreme, OpenText, SmartCOMM, etc.)
  • 6+ years overall IT experience
  • Experience in working with financial services data models and the authoring of document templates to these models, incorporating logic, rules and workflow in addition to template creation (e.g.: GMC Inspire, HP Extreme)
  • Hands-on experience in creating different types of templates for letter generation using software platforms (i.e. GMC Inspire, HP Extreme, OpenText, SmartCOMM, etc.)
  • Must have 2+ years of experience in Middleware technologies & Integration Platforms (ETL / EAI / SOA / ESB / BPM)
  • Must have an understanding of Event Driven Architecture, J2EE/JEE design patterns, frameworks
  • Must have experience with XML/XSL/XSLT/XSD, JAXDB, SOAP, WSDL, AXIS2, HTTP, and REST
  • Testing experience including development of stubs and experience of end to end testing in various environments
  • Experience with Agile methodology
  • Experience with enterprise integration patterns, schema development, ETL design and ETL tools
  • Experience with Messaging (JMS, MQ etc.) and Message Oriented Middleware
  • Must have Java & Spring Integration or Camel framework experience

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Prior consulting experience with a Big 4 firm or large global financial institution
  • A minimum of 4+ years’ experience in Financial Services, specifically in the Consumer, Mortgage, Wholesale banking and Insurance industry.
  • Additional Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications is a plus
  • Experience with architecting, developing, and administering Azure solutions
  • The ability to deliver high stakes deliverables under demanding timelines. You should have the ability to be flexible with changes and keep the client focused and stay within the scope of the engagement.

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $141,200 to $258,900. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $169,500 to $294,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
