Responsibilities

• As a Corporate Business Applications Analyst, you will lead the design, implementation, testing, and the enablement of thoughtful solutions and applications in support of the evolving business needs.
• Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Jira and Jira Service Management instances, and conduct long-term improvement operations.
• Interface with various departments in the organization including Engineering, Research, Partnerships, Product, Finance, and other business units to increase adoption and efficiency.
• Design and implementation of Jira and JSM applications and additional projects by request.
• Work collaboratively with our internal team to ensure that the proposed solution is aligned with enterprise architecture best practices.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in implementing Jira and Atlassian products.
• A clear understanding of the Jira platform capabilities, limits, and latest technology offerings.
• Strong hands-on experience building Jira Automations.
• Familiarity with support projects with complex integrations and business processes between various departments & applications.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew.

• Jira certifications.
• Experience with Salto’s solution for Jira change management.
• Experience as a sys admin of other common corporate business applications, such as Salesforce, Workato ,Notion, DocuSign, Monday, BambooHR or equivalent Saas\ Ipaas applications.
