What you’ll do

  • You will partner with key stakeholders across the business and support functions to ensure efficient operation and administration of the business.

  • You will be adept in recognising key business drivers and develop / improve related management tracking metrics and key performance indicators.

  • Identify areas of focus to drive business optimization, ensure stakeholders remain on track to deliver optimization initiatives.

  • Work in close partnership with global business and functional partners by developing strong working relationships and effectively collaborate with key business and functional stakeholders across the organization to accomplish goals.

  • You will lead projects across their lifecycle by identifying and structuring problems, analysing root causes, developing actionable solutions, communicating with key stakeholders, and driving execution.

  • Be strong in analysis to synthesize key findings and recommendations into clear and succinct presentations for senior leadership.

  • Be comfortable in effectively leading and driving stakeholder engagement and accountability.

  • You will need to promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizational boundaries by being willing to break down business and/or functional silos to optimise results

What we’ll need from you

  • You must have strong relevant experience in Financial services, Strategy or Consulting with expertise in Project or Programme Management

  • Excellent time management and problem solving skills is a must

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategy and process improvement initiatives.

  • Proven analytical, quantitative and strategic planning skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Able to work through a large, complex matrix organization; demonstrates a flexible approach and resilience to setbacks.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented. Able to create support across a wide range of stakeholders through well-developed interpersonal and influencing capabilities.

  • Organizationally savvy; understands systems, management processes, knows where to go for information and how to interpret.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Core COO and business management experience.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

  • Masters Degree, MBA, CIMA qualifications are an advantage to be successful in this role.
