What you’ll do
You will partner with key stakeholders across the business and support functions to ensure efficient operation and administration of the business.
You will be adept in recognising key business drivers and develop / improve related management tracking metrics and key performance indicators.
Identify areas of focus to drive business optimization, ensure stakeholders remain on track to deliver optimization initiatives.
Work in close partnership with global business and functional partners by developing strong working relationships and effectively collaborate with key business and functional stakeholders across the organization to accomplish goals.
You will lead projects across their lifecycle by identifying and structuring problems, analysing root causes, developing actionable solutions, communicating with key stakeholders, and driving execution.
Be strong in analysis to synthesize key findings and recommendations into clear and succinct presentations for senior leadership.
Be comfortable in effectively leading and driving stakeholder engagement and accountability.
You will need to promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizational boundaries by being willing to break down business and/or functional silos to optimise results
What we’ll need from you
You must have strong relevant experience in Financial services, Strategy or Consulting with expertise in Project or Programme Management
Excellent time management and problem solving skills is a must
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategy and process improvement initiatives.
Proven analytical, quantitative and strategic planning skills.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Able to work through a large, complex matrix organization; demonstrates a flexible approach and resilience to setbacks.
Highly organized and detail-oriented. Able to create support across a wide range of stakeholders through well-developed interpersonal and influencing capabilities.
Organizationally savvy; understands systems, management processes, knows where to go for information and how to interpret.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Core COO and business management experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
Masters Degree, MBA, CIMA qualifications are an advantage to be successful in this role.
