What you’ll do
- Partner with key stakeholders across the business and support functions to ensure efficient operation and administration of the business
- Identify key business drivers and develop / improve related management tracking metrics and key performance indicators
- Identify areas of focus to drive business optimization, ensure stakeholders remain on track to deliver optimization initiatives
- Partner closely with global business and functional partners- Develop strong working relationships and effectively partner with key business and functional stakeholders across the organization to accomplish goals.
- Lead projects across their lifecycle by identifying and structuring problems, analyzing root causes, developing actionable solutions, communicating with key stakeholders and driving execution.
- Synthesize key findings and recommendations into clear and succinct presentations for senior leadership.
- Effectively lead and drive stakeholder engagement and accountability
What we’ll need from you
- You must have relevant experience in Financial services, Strategy or Consulting with expertise in Project or Programme Management
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills is a must
- You need to be confident in driving agendas and be someone who can hold their ground.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategy and process improvement initiatives.
- Proven analytical, quantitative and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Able to work through a large, complex matrix organization; demonstrates a flexible approach and resilience to setbacks.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented. Able to create support across a wide range of stakeholders through well-developed interpersonal and influencing capabilities.
- Organizationally savvy; understands systems, management processes, knows where to go for information and how to interpret.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as you will be owning the Governance and Sales Reviews as part of this role
- Core COO and business management experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
