Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience developing/launching infrastructure products/technologies within networking, storage, compute hardware, databases, file systems, data analytics, cluster management, and other software infrastructure areas.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering.
- Experience in representing stakeholders during executive-level planning and prioritization exercises.
- Experience in crossing organizational boundaries to enable program success and scaling.
- Experience in one or more disciplines of hardware engineering, supply chain, embedded systems, business systems with working level knowledge of data science and AI.
- Excellent leadership skills to define strategy, drive execution, and resolve conflicts.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
